A Hidden Oasis
The Secret Garden (Le Jardin Secret) is a former palace dating from the 16th century in the old city, lovingly restored by an Italian family and open to the public since 2016 as a museum, café and garden.
The green ‘zelij’ tiles are one of our favourite design details along with the beautifully engraved wooden ceilings. The views from the tower looking post are well worth the many steps and stairs to get there.
