The ceremony was hosted in the palace hotel's mythical gardens framed by 300 year old olive trees with Marrakech's medina walls as the dramatic backdrop. An installation of more than 100 translucent giant paper flowers framed the sunset ceremony where the ring bearer was Javier, the couple's treasured Corgi. The wedding reception was hosted in a custom built pink dining room with walls adorned with hand drawn illustrations of the couple. 40th Birthday Art Deco

Before dinner, guests enjoyed champagne with a Jazz band and a thrilling synchronised swimmer show. The Art Deco monochrome dining room was filled with orchids, anemones and roses, candles and crystal chandeliers and monogrammed napkins marked the place settings. Guests were whisked by horse and carriage to a 1920's New York street scene with vintage Rolls Royce's into a working barber shop where they took the staff door up a fire-escape to arrive into a spectacular speakeasy complete with a swing band, casino tables, tap dancers and show-girls. Arabian Nights Birthday Party

Guests arrived by a 100 torchbearer lined pool, surrounded by drummers, fire-eaters, snake charmers and camels to a custom built transparent dining tent in a palm filled garden filled with 1000 open fires. The welcome party was held in the gardens of guest hotel, La Mamounia, a bohemian ceremony and reception was held at Beldi Country Club and the festivities continued in a sunset to sunrise desert rave. For the ceremony we installed sixteen olive trees and filled them with dozens of hanging candles for a midsummer night’s feeling.  The reception tables were filled with an eclectic ‘wildflower’ mix of potted aromatics including rosemary, lavender and myrthe and local pottery vases of Atlas roses in mauve and white with an accent of blue hydrangea. More than 2000 candles lined the tables and hung in lanterns from every surface. After an informal but very festive Moroccan themed sunset party, the couple celebrated their wedding at the stunning Palais Namaskar, with the bride arriving on a custom built walkway, wearing Elie Saab. The guests arrived for the ceremony under a tunnel of 25000 pale pink Atlas roses. Thousands of ivory flowers and candles were installed throughout the venue including a custom built candle structure installed for maximum reflection over the mirrored bridal table. After an elegant poolside supper, guests danced until sunrise with DJs Edo Krause and Pic Schmitz with live performances from George Israel and Patricia Camin. The party raged on well into the night under the stars accompanied by a DJ with saxophonist and bongo player. Guests were whisked by horse and carriage to a surprise tented Arabian nights party for the rehearsal dinner. Clinique x Marrakech

To celebrate the launch of their new range of colour products including delicious lipsticks and glosses in rich reds and pinks, Clinique flew in beauty bloggers and social media influencers from around the world to the red city of Marrakech. We created a beautiful Arabian Nights themed tented dinner in a Moorish Kasbah and turned everything pink, orange and silver (the famous brand colours) for the night. Floating trays of rose heads, pom pom adorned camels,  underplates, table runners, poufs, cushions, tea glasses, cocktails and even French tartlet and Macaron desserts.
